Annual Dinner Fundraising Auction

Every year P.O.R.A. holds a dinner fundraiser. This event includs a silent and a live auction with auctioneer M. T. Vann.

Transitional Housing

P.O.R.A. was recently approved for transitional housing. This means that women who graduate from P.O.R.A. can make a smooth transition into their own residence.

P.O.R.A. Cuppa Coffee Fundraiser

This fundraiser features an amazing line of fair trade coffees. We have Regular, Decaf, Snoodle-Doodle Decaf, Turtle Nut, and other flavors.

Weekly Group Meetings

PORA Positive Options, Referrals, and Alternatives is a recovery home for women who worked in prostitution and have substance abuse issues and have been sexually, physically and verbally abused.

PORA is in Springfield, Illinois.
